In addition to litigating insurance defense claims since 1990, Ms. Elliott worked as an insurance adjuster from 1982-1984. Mr. Elliot and Ms. Elliott each have significant experience in trial, mediation, arbitration, and appellate work, routinely resulting in favorable results for our clients.
