Patrick H. Elliott - Shareholder
Pat is a shareholder with Elliott Law Offices, P.A. Prior to the formation of the firm; he was a partner with Dunn and Elliott, P.A., a litigation specialist with Cragg and Fobbe, and a partner with Murphy, Blanchar, and Elliott. Pat served as a board member at United Premier Corporation, a holding company for American Summit Insurance Company; he also acted as an advisor to the Secretary and General Counsel regarding special coverage issues. From 2002 through 2013 Pat served as corporate counsel to Prime, Inc., an insurance group providing insurance products, litigation and claims management for an association of collateral recovery companies nationwide. Pat served four years in the Unities States Army as a cryptanalyst and German linguist. He carried a Top Secret Security Clearance during his active duty.
Pat prides himself on the general nature of his practice and the ability to adjust to the ever changing needs of clients. He has a long history of attaining positive results for his clients whether through early mediations or at trial. While Pat most often considers himself a litigator he values the importance of alternative dispute resolution and works diligently to bring all matters to a swift and equitable close.
